There are 2 main entrances which are gated with 24 hour security. Being located in between the 215 and the 15 freeways, makes this a perfect spot for commuters.

The HOA here runs approximately $188 a month. Taxes are on the higher side being a newer community, so be sure to factor that in when looking at homes here.
Greer Ranch prides it's self on friendly neighbors, well maintained homes, parks and amazing views of the Murrieta Valley. This community is located in the Murrieta School District and children attended Antelope Hills Elementary School, Shivela Middle School, and Vista Murrieta High School.
