The community of Rancho Bella Vista is located in East Murrieta off of Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. Here you are conveniently located within walking distance to some of the best schools. Even though you have a Murrieta address, this community is located in the Temecula School District since it boarders Temecula. The schools that kids go to are Alamos Elementary School, Bella Vista Middle School, and Chaparral High School. There is a small HOA of $40 a month and taxes here a fairly low and comparable to other neighborhoods in the area. Bella Vista offers some great features throughout the community such as: Community Center, parks with baseball diamonds, play structures, and more.
